Nikita Chernenilov acts for foreign and Russian companies in the implementation of international commercial contracts and investment projects. Nikita’s practice also covers dispute resolution in the sphere of corporate governance, shareholder relations, relations with governmental bodies.
Nikita’s professional experience covers cases of unfair competition, illegal use of means of individualisation, settlement of disputes related to securities rights. Nikita has acted for clients in bankruptcy cases and has significant experience in representing in court banks in the process of bankruptcy.
Nikita Chernenilov advises on the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitration awards, and regularly takes part in due diligence exercises. Nikita has supported clients in the tailoring of Western legal tools to the requirements of Russian law in the implementation of international projects.
Nikita Chernenilov graduated in 2002 from the Law School of the International University in Moscow and joined Padva and Partners in the same year. He is a member of the Moscow Bar.
