Ekaterina Zenina represents clients before courts of law and arbitration tribunals, has acted before the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, supporting clients in various matters of corporate law, including resolution of conflicts of interest, development of schemes to defend interests of corporate parties.
She represents clients in corporate and other business conflicts, disputes on title, supports clients in enforcement of court decisions. Advises on banking law, corporate law, antimonopoly regulations, bankruptcy, real estate and privatisation.
Ekaterina has qualified as a Russian Patent Attorney (Trademarks) of the Russian Federation in 2002. She has represented clients before the Patent Disputes Chamber of the Russian Patent Authority, and supports clients on registration and all matters of patents, trademarks, service marks and inventions, as well as other intellectual property rights.
Ekaterina Zenina graduated in 1993 from Moscow State University Law School and is a member of the Moscow Bar. She was trained in the law firm Barschevsky and Partners in Moscow where she worked since 1996, and joined Padva and Partners in 2012.
