Elena represents clients before courts on civil and commercial disputes. Elena has wide experience in civil and administrative matters related to unauthorized construction, land disputes, disputes arising from customs legislation, cases of contesting non-normative acts of state bodies and officials, as well as cases on defamation actions.
Elena has experience in representing clients in criminal litigation, including advising and representing across all stages of criminal investigations.
Elena’s competence also includes issues of recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts on the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as issues of qualification and application by the Russian courts of restrictive measures (economic sanctions imposed by Western states against Russia).
Elena's professional interests also include international investment arbitration, the European Union Law, the WTO Law, as well as issues of sustainable development.
Elena graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in 2008. She is a member of the Moscow Bar and has been with Padva and Partners since 2007. Elena earned a Master of Law degree in the National Research University, Higher School of Economics. Fluency in English, confirmed by a certificate of international level.
