Sergei Koronets has a wealth of experience in acting before Russian general and arbitrazh courts as well as arbitration tribunals. He has repeatedly represented clients in anti-libel suits. Sergei Koronets also offers comprehensive legal support for business clients: advice on corporate matters, antimonopoly law, representation in negotiating large commercial transactions, preparation and support of business discussions. Sergei has acted for clients in bankruptcy proceedings, and has substantial experience in representing banks undergoing bankruptcy before Russian courts.
In protecting foreign and Russian investors, Sergei has led teams of lawyers representing clients before courts, contesting acts of state authorities aimed at removing unfounded administrative barriers for businesses.
Sergei Koronets got a degree in law from the Military University of the Ministry of Defence of Russia, and graduated in 1998 from the International Independent University of Ecological and Political Studies. He has been a practicing attorney since 1999 and joined Padva and Partners in 2001. Sergei is a member of the Moscow Bar.
