Dmitry V. Yampolskiy

Dmitry specialises in criminal law, in particular cases arising from property crimes, economic crime, as well illegal drugs and arms trafficking.  Advises on matters of customs law, tax and banking law, represents clients in anti-libel suits, copyright and trademark disputes. Has experience in supporting investment projects. Dmitry has successfully represented clients before the European Court for Human Rights.

Dmitry  graduated from the Moscow State University Law School in  1999. Member of the Moscow Bar and has been with Padva and Partners since 2000. He is fluent in English.
