Dmitry Sidur advises on matters of corporate law, with particular focus on joint stock companies and securities law, tax and currency control law, bankruptcy law. He has acted for clients in courts of law and arbitration tribunals, and has a successful record of  representing clients before the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia. Dmitry has particular expertise in supporting clients in complex corporate conflicts, shareholder disputes, hostile takeovers.

Dmitry Sidur also advises clients on subsoil law, issues related to precious metals and stones, foreign investment and intellectual property. He has experience in developing legal and regulatory acts, drafts and supports contracts, arranges due diligence exercises.

Dmitry graduated from the Moscow State University Law School in 1998. He was trained in the Currency Department of the Moscow Directorate of the Bank of Russia in 1997-1998. Dmitry joined Padva and Partners in 1998. He is fluent in English.
