Dmitry A. Dergachev

Dmitry Dergachev acts before courts of law and arbitration tribunals, supports clients in matters of corporate law, including resolution of corporate disputes and conflicts of interest, development of schemes to defend interests of corporate parties, and represents clients before Russian arbitrazh  courts of all levels, including in bankruptcy cases.

Dmitry has successfully structured and supported business transactions, including acquisitions of going concerns. He advises clients on land law, securities, laws on advertising and lotteries.

Dmitry Dergachev defends clients in preliminary investigation and in court on charges related to economic crime.

Dmitry graduated with honours from the law school of the International University in 2005. He joined Padva and Partners in 2004 and is a member of the Moscow Bar.
